Her work sits at the intersection of innovation and accountability — enabling organisations to adopt emerging technologies responsibly while meeting regulatory, ethical, and operational expectations.

Kim‑An brings a rare practitioner’s perspective shaped by senior executive and legal leadership roles across Fortune 500 global manufacturing organisations and one of the world’s leading asset managers, as well as experience advising clients through a top‑50 international law firm. Across her career, she has built and operationalised large‑scale governance frameworks, led enterprise‑wide procurement and technology initiatives, managed global third‑party and data risk, and supported complex, highly regulated operating environments.

She is known for turning principles into practice — helping organisations embed AI and privacy governance in ways that are practical, scalable, and defensible.

Dr. Eugeniu Cozonac

Co-Founder, President & COO

Eugeniu Cozonac is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience building and managing technology companies. He is Co-Founder, President and COO of Arbr Technologies, a software platform focused on privacy compliance and AI governance.

He is a co-founder of Endava (NYSE: DAVA) and has led ventures in software and cybersecurity, as well as investments in technology companies and developing markets.

He has also held senior government roles managing portfolios of state-owned enterprises, with a focus on energy strategy and infrastructure.

Eugeniu is a U.S. Army veteran. He holds a doctorate from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Grenoble École de Management.
